Talk is cheap. Pruuf it.

A habit tracker for training that runs on photos, not ticks. Free for iPhone, coming to the App Store.

A friend’s proof: a bouldering wall with the caption “Endlich das gelbe Projekt geschafft”, thumbs up and down, the fire reaction selected, and a message field with the app’s note “Landet im Chat und ist nach 24 Stunden weg.”
Pruuf home screen: a streak ring at 24 days with “Heute erledigt. Dein Pruuf steht.”, a button for another proof, a row of friends, and a friend’s photo of a gym hall.

Screens show sample accounts.

A tick is a claim.A photo is proof.

Every habit app takes your word for it. A box, a tap, a green day.

Taken in the app, stamped with the time, shown to the people you chose. Nobody has to take your word for it, and neither do you.

A posted proof: a photo of two dumbbells with the caption “Gym vor der Arbeit”, marked as your own proof, with the reaction buttons below.

Rest days count.

You set the plan. A photo is only needed on training days, and every day in between keeps the streak going.

The training plan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are training days, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are rest days, and each training day has its sport, such as “Gym · Push”.
Training days and rest days, with a sport for each training day.
“Mein Pfad”: the days of the streak as orange steps along a path, a banner for this week, and today marked “Heute erledigt”.
Every day of the streak is a step on your path.
Detail of “Mein Pfad”: the current and longest streak, the Repair-Token card, which restores a broken streak, and the Streak-Freeze card, set aside for days you skip, each with a button to buy one.

Missed one anyway?

A Streak-Freeze covers a day you set aside. A Repair-Token restores a streak that broke. Both come with streak milestones or as a one-off purchase. There is no subscription.

Your friends see it. And say so.

They react on the proof itself. A reply lands in your chat, where messages are deleted after 24 hours unless the recipient saves one or it is reported.

A chat between two friends about a morning run and the gym, with emoji and a message field.
Messages are deleted 24 hours after they are sent, unless saved or reported.
The sheet “7 Reaktionen”: seven friends with the thumbs up or emoji each one left, and “Melden” and “Blockieren” beside every name.
Who left a thumbs up or an emoji, with report and block beside each name. A thumbs down never shows a name.

Count flames together.

Groups are closed and invite only. Each member’s first proof of the day earns the group a flame. Groups are free.

The groups list: an invitation to “Yoga im Park” with accept and decline, and three groups, each with its members and flames.
The group “Gym Crew”: flames collected and members in an orange card, a strip of the members’ proofs, and a ranking by flames.

Built for training.

Not a general habit tracker. Five ways to use it, all of them sport.

Strength training

The plan says which days you train. The rack in the photo says you were there.
