Built for training.

Pruuf is not a general habit tracker. It is for the habit you can photograph: the session, the run, the court. Five ways to use it. The screens show sample accounts.

  1. The training plan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are training days, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are rest days, and each training day has its sport, such as “Gym · Push”.

    Strength training

The plan says which days you train. The rack in the photo says you were there.

You set the days. On each one, a photo from the gym is the proof, and the rest days in between count as part of the plan. Your path shows the run without you writing anything down.

  2. A chat between two friends about a morning run and the gym, with emoji and a message field.

    Running

One photo at the turnaround, and the streak keeps counting.

Trail, track or the same block every morning: the proof is the place you got to, timestamped by the app. Friends see it on their home screen and react, and a rest day is still a day on the plan.

  3. A friend’s proof: a bouldering wall with the caption “Endlich das gelbe Projekt geschafft”, thumbs up and down, the fire reaction selected, and a message field with the app’s note “Landet im Chat und ist nach 24 Stunden weg.”

    A gym partner

Two people, one deal. Each proof lands on the other one’s home screen.

Share proofs with selected friends, or just the one. A reaction or a reply keeps the exchange short and about today: chat messages are deleted after 24 hours, unless the recipient saves one or it is reported.

  4. The group “Gym Crew”: flames collected and members in an orange card, a strip of the members’ proofs, and a ranking by flames.

    A team or club

A group collects flames from every member who shows up.

Set up a group for the squad. It is closed and invite only. Each member’s first proof of the day to the group earns it a flame, the ranking shows who is carrying the week, and groups are free.

  5. “Mein Pfad”, top: current and longest streak, then Repair-Tokens, which restore a broken streak, and Streak-Freezes, which are set aside for days you skip, each with a button to buy one.

    Friends on one streak

Three people, one run, and nobody can quietly tick a box.

A small group agrees on a plan and proves it on every training day. Missed one for a real reason? A Streak-Freeze holds the streak, a Repair-Token restores it, and your friends see the honest version either way.
