Questions.

Short answers. The legal details are in the terms and the privacy policy, in German.

What is Pruuf?

A habit tracker for training that runs on photos. Instead of ticking a box you take a photo in the app on each training day, your friends see it, and a streak counts the run.

Why a photo instead of a tick?

A tick is a claim; anyone can tap it. A photo is taken in the app, at the time it says, in the place you were. Friends react to what you did, not to a checkbox.

Is Pruuf in the App Store?

Not yet. Pruuf is built for iOS and is coming to the App Store in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What does it cost?

The app is free to download and there is no subscription. The only purchases are Streak-Freezes and Repair-Tokens, sold once as consumable in-app purchases through Apple, at 0.99 EUR and 5.99 EUR. Both can also be earned in the app.

Who can see my photos?

You decide per proof: all your friends (the default), selected friends, or just you. You can also give a proof to a group, and then its members see it. New proofs cannot be made public.

Photos are stored in protected storage and shown through short-lived signed links; the database holds a path, never the image itself.

What happens on rest days?

They count. You set the training plan, and a photo is only needed on the training days in it. The rest days are part of the run, not a gap in it.

And if I miss a day?

A Streak-Freeze, set aside for a day you skip, holds the streak. A Repair-Token restores a streak that broke. Both are earned at streak milestones or bought once.

How long does the chat keep messages?

Chat messages are deleted 24 hours after they are sent, unless the person who received one saves it or it is reported.

What is a group?

A closed circle, for example a team, a club or a gym crew. You join by invitation only. Each member’s first proof of the day to the group earns it a flame, and a ranking shows who has earned how many. Groups are free.

How old do I have to be?

Eighteen. The app asks for your date of birth before an account is created and keeps it private.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, in the settings. The step is final and needs no request to support.

Why are the legal pages in German?

They are the app’s own texts, word for word. The site does not translate or summarise them.
