A day in Pruuf.

Eleven screens from the app, in the order a day runs. They show sample accounts.

Pruuf home screen: a streak ring at 24 days with “Heute erledigt. Dein Pruuf steht.”, a button for another proof, a row of friends, and a friend’s photo of a gym hall.
  1. Pruuf home screen: a streak ring at 24 days with “Heute erledigt. Dein Pruuf steht.”, a button for another proof, a row of friends, and a friend’s photo of a gym hall.

Open it, and see who showed up.

Home shows your streak, which friends have posted today, and their proofs. The first thing you see is what people actually did, not a list of boxes.

  2. A posted proof: a photo of two dumbbells with the caption “Gym vor der Arbeit”, marked as your own proof, with the reaction buttons below.

    Take the proof.

The photo comes from the app’s own camera. There is no upload from the photo library. Add a line if you like, and it goes out with the time it was taken.

  3. The step “Mit wem teilen?”: share with all friends or with selected friends, optionally with groups such as “Gym Crew”, and a button to post the proof.

    Decide who sees it.

Per proof: all your friends, a few you select, or only you. Give it to a group as well, and its members see it. New proofs cannot be made public.

  4. A friend’s proof: a bouldering wall with the caption “Endlich das gelbe Projekt geschafft”, thumbs up and down, the fire reaction selected, and a message field with the app’s note “Landet im Chat und ist nach 24 Stunden weg.”

    Friends react on the proof.

A thumbs up or down, or one of three emoji. A thumbs down reaches the person but never shows your name. A message written here lands in the chat.

  5. A chat between two friends about a morning run and the gym, with emoji and a message field.

Talk about it, for a day.

Chat messages are deleted 24 hours after they are sent, so the conversation stays about today. Only a message the other person saves, or one that is reported, stays longer.

  6. The sheet “7 Reaktionen”: seven friends with the thumbs up or emoji each one left, and “Melden” and “Blockieren” beside every name.

    See who reacted.

On your own proof you see who left a thumbs up or an emoji. A thumbs down reaches you without a name. Report and block sit right beside each name.

  7. The training plan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are training days, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are rest days, and each training day has its sport, such as “Gym · Push”.

    Set your plan.

Pick your training days and rest days, and a sport for each training day. A photo is only needed on training days. Changes apply from the next week.

  8. “Mein Pfad”: the days of the streak as orange steps along a path, a banner for this week, and today marked “Heute erledigt”.

    Walk your path.

Mein Pfad, your path, shows every day of the streak as a step, week by week, and marks today once it is done.

  9. “Mein Pfad”, top: current and longest streak, then Repair-Tokens, which restore a broken streak, and Streak-Freezes, which are set aside for days you skip, each with a button to buy one.

Miss a day. Keep the streak.

A Streak-Freeze, set aside for a day you skip, holds the streak. A Repair-Token restores one that broke. Both come with streak milestones or as a one-off purchase, and the badges further down are yours to collect.

  10. The groups list: an invitation to “Yoga im Park” with accept and decline, and three groups, each with its members and flames.

    Join a group.

Groups are closed. You get in by invitation, which you accept or decline, and every group you are in is listed with its members and its flames.

  11. The group “Gym Crew”: flames collected and members in an orange card, a strip of the members’ proofs, and a ranking by flames.

    Count flames together.

Each member’s first proof of the day earns the group a flame. The group shows its members’ proofs and a ranking. Groups are free.
